# Due to the differences in printing principles and color gamuts, spray printing colors cannot be directly standardized to offset printing colors and can only serve as a reference. Various objective factors may cause a 5-10% color deviation during production, which is considered normal. If customers require specific color matching, please inform our customer service staff before placing an order so we can make further arrangements.
# If customers use spot colors (Pantone) or materials with different properties, such as plastics, stickers, transparent materials, canvas, silk-like fabrics, and other specialty materials, the texture and ink reaction will vary, resulting in significant differences in color reproduction. If you have specific color requirements, please discuss them with our customer service staff before placing an order for special arrangements.
# The colors displayed on screens (RGB) should not be relied upon; standard CMYK color charts should be used as a reference.
# Due to the principles and characteristics of spray printing, it is recommended that customers use pure black (with CMYK values of 100% each) in their submitted files to avoid unforeseen color deviations.

# The color mode should be set to “CMYK,” and the document size should be at actual size (1:1) with a resolution of 100-150 dpi. Generally, no bleed is required.
# Please save the files directly as TIF, JPG, or EPS. Providing other formats may affect delivery time and incur additional costs.
# If providing vector files (ai, cdr) or bitmap files (jpg/tif), please convert text to outlines. Additional processing may be required (such as resizing or cropping), and for materials priced below HK$50/pcs, an extra HK$20/pcs handling fee will apply for each additional file. The production timeline will start only after confirming the artwork.
# If using PDF format, it should meet printing standards before generation.
# File formats are compatible with Mac & Windows, but Windows versions are recommended.
# Customers may deliver files via CD or email (if files are smaller than 5MB). For larger files, please use FTP. Note that uploading may be affected by company firewalls; try opening port 21. For large files, compress them (PC: Zip or RAR, Mac: sit) before submission.
# If you need to retain the files you provided, please inform our order processing staff; otherwise, we typically do not keep them.
# Submitted files must meet standard spray printing format requirements. If you are unfamiliar with this process, it is advisable to have a professional handle it or use our design services.
# Individual processing may affect the content of the image (e.g., drilling holes may intrude about 1 inch into the image). Please be mindful of this when designing the artwork.

# If the submitted materials contain any unauthorized content, unapproved logos, obscene or other illegal wording, our company will not be held responsible for any legal liabilities.
# In addition to formal design services, customers can use our Design and Drafting services, including basic document processing such as creating solid color blocks, adjusting proportions, and drawing cut lines. Feel free to inquire with our customer service staff.
# If customers use our delivery service, please schedule the next delivery date for that area after the basic delivery time (details can be inquired about pick-up and delivery arrangement）
# Our company cannot guarantee the readability of QR codes or barcodes in the submitted materials. If needed, please contact our order processing staff.
# External environmental conditions significantly affect the print color and durability of spray prints. Generally, normal conditions will only cause slight variations, but poor environments may lead to larger discrepancies.
# Spray products are produced in large format as standard, assuming customers will use them at a certain distance (especially canvas and banner products may appear rough). If customers require finer details, please inform our order processing staff for further arrangements.
# All spray prints will be delivered rolled (exceptions apply for lengths over 2m or special circumstances).
# Different materials have varying base colors (even white can differ). If customers have specific color requirements for the material, please notify us before placing an order.
# For waterproof and UV-resistant applications, please choose products labeled “waterproof and UV-resistant.”
# The minimum charge for mailing packaging is HK$30.00 (calculated by package size).

The packaging described above represents our standard export packaging. Local pick-up customers may assess the necessity of this option based on their requirements.

1. Display Stand Products :
   For display stand products, the frame will first be wrapped in bubble wrap (to prevent damage and scratches on the surface). It will then be placed in a packaging bag and packed into a separate inner box. Finally, the outer box packaging will be determined based on the specific product and quantity.
2. Poster / Canvas Product Packaging Details :
   A protective layer will be applied first, followed by placement in a paper tube or cardboard box, with bubble wrap inserted on both sides for stabilization. If the quantity is large, the artwork will be rolled outside the paper tube with an additional layer of bubble wrap for protection before being boxed.
3. Artwork Roll Products :
   For smaller quantities, items are usually shipped individually in a paper sleeve. For larger quantities, the artwork will be placed in a plastic bag and then into a custom-made matchbox, with the outer box packaging determined by the total quantity.

Note:The above packaging represents our standard procedures. Special requests can be accommodated, and normal packaging is typically controlled at around 20kg, with lengths not exceeding 2m.
