All prices are calculated based on the standard size (90x54mm). For non-standard sizes, an additional CUT fee of $10/100pcs is charged. The minimum side length is 40mm. For less than 40mm, the price will be discussed separately.
For paper such as cloth grain, coarse cloth grain, book cover grain, and striped card paper, etc., as only one side has stripes or the front side has deeper stripes, please indicate the front and back of the draft when placing the order to avoid printing errors.
When coloring on paper with concave-convex texture, there will be slight differences. Customers should pay more attention when preparing the draft.
Striped card paper has vertical or horizontal stripes (generally horizontal stripes). The printing direction of the stripes cannot be specified and is determined by our company. Customers are not allowed to return the goods due to the difference in texture and design direction.
Semi-transparent butter paper is only suitable for single-sided printing.
Some patterned paper has a base color, which will affect the normal color after printing.
Each box of business cards contains approximately 100 cards or the printed matter combined by the number of card positions. There may be a ±5% difference in quantity, and it is normal to be between 95 and 105 cards. Customers are not allowed to use this as a reason for returning the goods.
To facilitate all customers in solving the problem of not knowing how to prepare the draft, our company has launched a variety of business card templates for customers to choose from, and the draft fee is more favorable.
For goods payment below HK$500, the full amount needs to be paid in advance. For goods payment above HK$500, a 50% deposit needs to be paid in advance.
Except for the paper used for our company’s paper notebooks, Conqueror and related special papers are $108/100pcs, and other ordinary papers are $88/100pcs.
Due to different printing methods and various objective factors, a color deviation of 5 – 10% may occur during production, which is a normal situation. If the customer needs special color matching, please raise it with our customer service staff before placing the order so that our company can handle it further.

In addition to the formal design and draft-making service, we also provide simple draft processing services, such as adding bleed and crop marks, creating solid color blocks, modifying proportions, drawing die-cutting lines, and changing names on business cards.
All deliveries will take one more working day than the normal delivery time. (For details, you can inquire about the pickup and delivery arrangements)
Standard Printing File Format：
a. The file format should be created using vector layout software, such as AI or CDR. It is recommended to convert text to outlines to avoid missing prints or missing characters.
b. Photoshop is only an image editing software and not a layout software. If images must be printed directly, please ensure the images are at actual size (1:1) and the file is 300 dpi; however, fine text may reduce print quality.
c. If using PDF format, the file should meet printing standards before generating the PDF.
d. Colors should be in CMYK mode.
e. The printing file format must support both Mac and PC fonts (when using Corel Draw, be aware of potential gaps that may appear after converting certain fonts).
f. Submitted artwork must include a 3mm bleed and corner lines, with text content at least 3mm away from the edges to avoid being cut off during trimming (images or text may be cut off). For example, a single card bleed should be 216x303mm (final product size 210x297mm). If you provide a file that does not include bleed, our company may advise customers on whether to reduce the final product size based on actual circumstances.

Because the final size of business cards is small, but designers often view the artwork on large monitors and generally enlarge the content, some text may appear too small when printed. These are issues that can easily be overlooked.
